First of all, congrats for taking the time to think about your longevity and health! Let me introduce myself and will give you a short history of my experience and what Evolution Fitness & Health can do for you.

Evolution Fitness & Health’s experience ranges from playing organized league basketball from a young age and training in martial arts like boxing, capoeira and submission grappling for over a decade.
At the moment we specialize in fitness, nutrition and anything that has to do with lifestyle changes for the positive.
Having worked in the sales & Marketing department of a big gym for years, helped to get experience in the day to day activities of an organization and also gave us a chance to see what the needs were of an average- to an experienced gym member.
Having worked as a trainer (and Physical therapist) for almost 15 years and being a lifetime diverse and competitive athlete helped to get an understanding of what is really possible with hard work and dedication. But just hard work and dedication will NOT get you there. Sometimes you need guidance and a little help along the way to keep you on the right track.
